We chose a narrow lane on purpose. Bathrooms are the smallest rooms with the most trades, the most waterproofing risk and the least room for error — so that is all we build, and only in Overland Park and the suburbs around it.

Who we are
We work in the same neighborhoods we live in
Our projects run from the older ranches and split-levels in established Overland Park neighborhoods, through the 1980s and 1990s two-stories that fill much of Johnson County, out to the newer builds on the south side of the city.
Knowing the local housing stock matters more than it sounds. We know which era of Overland Park homes tend to hide cast-iron drains, which foundations change how a curbless shower has to be built, and when an HOA wants to hear from us before a dumpster shows up on the street.
We are also a newer company name, and we would rather say that plainly than invent a decades-long story. What we offer instead is a written scope you can hold us to, photos of everything we uncover behind your walls, and a phone number that reaches someone who knows your project by name.
Bathrooms are also the room families actually live in every single morning. That is why we protect floors, contain dust, and clean up at the end of every workday — not just at the end of the job.
